2023 – 2024 Sowerby Bridge
I designed and managed the cultural and community engagement programme of the Historic England High Street Heritage Action Zone project for Sowerby Bridge. This involved the curation and delivery of two large-scale public festivals, a series of workshops and family activities, commissioning artists and heritage interpretation projects, as well as managing the £90k budget, and completing the reporting and evaluation. I also successfully applied for further Arts Council funding that allowed Fire and Water to deliver a pilot programme for their new venue.
